Pricing
Prices are dependent upon several factors -- medium, size, complexity, and the number of hours the project will take from start to finish. Prices are higher for those artworks with detailed backgrounds and/or those that depict more than one character or creature. Please contact me with the specific details of your project and I will work out a price for you.
Payment
Payment is accepted through PayPal or money order. Payments are requested in three stages. The first payment is a 20% deposit. It is non-refundable. The deposit is deducted from the overall price. A second payment of 40% is requested upon approval of the final sketch. I will work on the sketch until you are happy with it for no extra cost. Once approval has been given and the second payment made (this portion is also non-refundable), I will begin the painting process. The remaining 40% + shipping and insurance will be requested upon completion of the painting and the client's approval of the finished artwork.
Shipping
Shipping of the finished artwork is an additional cost and is the responsibility of the client. Cost for shipping and insurance will depend on the size and value of the artwork.
Refunds
Refunds will not be given on commissioned works. Artwork damaged in transit to the client will only be refunded if insurance has been elected by the client and once payment has been received from the insurance company. No refunds will be given on artwork shipped without insurance.
Commercial Hires
Artwork designed to be used for commercial purposes will incur an additional licensing fee. I will negotiate a percentage-based royalty based on usage.
